- All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched, with a tracking number (where available).
🌍 Delivery zones
- Mainland France: shipped via Colissimo.
- European Union: shipping available, typically 3 to 7 working days.
- Other destinations: we are working on expanding our delivery zones. Please contact us to check feasibility.
💰 Shipping costs
- Mainland France: Free pickup-point delivery
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
⏱️ Estimated delivery times
- Mainland France: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- European Union: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or peak periods.
